This is my second time using Houtz's Tree Service and I'm a forever customer now! Eleazer came by very shortly after I called him and cleared my driveway in a flash. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, and helpful. He always has a trick or two to share. Houtz Tree Service provided excellent and prompt service for a number of trees that came down in a storm in late Fall. There were a number of “hollow” trees and other situations of trees falling onto others causing binding and requiring expertise to safely bring down the trees.. What an amazing company! They came by the very next day after I made contact. They knew I had a tight budget and were able to work with me to clear my driveway. They are friendly and understanding. We had three huge pines fall like dominos onto our driveway. The cleanup was efficient and professional. Safety protocols were followed onsite and the project was completed lightning-fast, showing quality work. Quotes are hassle-free and there is no fuss to ask for insurance or licensing documentation. I was highly impressed with the general knowledge that Eleazer was able to share about the trees in our yard. It was a wonderful little tidbit to help us to better understand our needs and prepare for the future. It is always great when companies show up when they say they will, do exactly what they say they will do, and within your budget. Great communication and follow-through.
